Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to halostrategies.com, and HALO Strategies, LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to HALO Strategies, LLC include halostrategies.com and HALO. The HALO website is a branding site. By using the HALO website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, HALO may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

Right to Deletion

From time to time, HALO may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs the use of our software by clients of HALO Strategies, LLC, a marketing consulting business. By using our software, clients agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

License Grant We grant clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our software for their internal business purposes only.

Restrictions on Use Clients may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the software. Clients may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the software.
Term and Termination This EULA shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate this EULA immediately if the client breaches any of the terms or conditions of this EULA.

Warranty Disclaimer Our software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will meet the client's requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including without limitation any loss of profits or revenues, loss of data, or loss of business, arising out of or in connection with this EULA or the use or inability to use the software.

All materials on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of HALO Strategies, LLC and are protected by copyright laws. Clients may not use or reproduce any of these materials without our prior written consent.
